As a Facility Coordinator, you will manage and maintain on demand and scheduled maintenance jobs; manage budgets and job costs; consistently communicate with clients; write proposals for project work; and run emergency service calls. Facilities Coordinators contribute to the growth of the company by running fast, accurate, efficient, and cost-effective jobs for the client. Positive attitude and problem solving are the keys to success in the position.
